“I feel good in bathers!! A month or more ago I would have absolutely dreaded going in the pool!! Also, I Wore a pair of size 12 jeans that were too big!! When I bought them, I had to send for a 14 because they wouldn’t close!! Compliments from friend on Saturday and just generally feeling good about myself. Went out and felt the best I’ve felt for years!! Was happy to have photos with the girls, whereas I’ve been hiding from the camera for a long time because of my confidence and body image! Body image is quite confident at the moment- I feel better about myself! I was reflecting on things after a work meeting this week and realised how different things are now since the first client call we had! I was in a bad place at that point!
