Yes. The minimum amount of time I’ll work with anybody for is 6 months, special* occasions this may be 16 works, but most clients end up working with me for over 6 months. Life-changing takes time! You didn’t gain the weight in 2 weeks, your not going to lose it in 2 weeks, Life changing results / habits and mindset changes take time, your not going to learn all that in 2 weeks. Most of my clients actually end up working with me for 12 months + as we cycle through the phases of fat loss / maintenance / body-recomposition, most of my clients go on to do bigger goals.
