If you want to train in the gym you can but it’s not necessary when starting out, It’s something my clients progress to, or jump in straight away to, the best workout is the one you enjoy, so if you enjoy going to the gym sign up, if not you can work out from home and still achieve amazing results!. Basic equipment is beneficial however e.g. a set of dumbbells/ KB / Resistance bands, these can all be bought cheaply and I can guide you where to get them from.
