My home health strategy is designed to make eating as easy as possible. My system will educate you on how to build easy / fast / nutritional meals for you/ and or your family that make ‘dieting’ fun easy and nutritional.
This allows you to have more time spent with your family/ yourself and less time in the kitchen. Keeping meals interesting, so you don’t get bored and default to the takeaway menu.
I know you have a busy life and sometime making the right options or knowing how to make the right options can be daunting that is why you have exclusive access to my;

My philosophy is about making food super simple, which will allow you to create habits that last a life time. Food shouldn’t be restricted, its there to be enjoyed and I will help you do that whist reaching your goals.
Bedroom to Barbel training
Women come to me wanting to get fit and tonned but dont know how to exercise for their body and have the gym fear. So I implement my bedroom to barbells system, Starting off with training in a safe environment whilst building their knowledge on exercise before slowly introducing you to the gym and building a strong body.
(Gym training is optional, but I find lots of my clients like to progress here, alternatively we adapts home training to that next level once confidence has been built)
It’s about finding the right balance for you, so whether you are completely new to exercise or are an avid gym goer, I will meet you where you are and tailor your exercise around your lifestyle, needs and capabilities.

My support and accountability is unrivalled, through any change in your life, having that support network is crucial. I always here “I know what to do, I just need to do it”, we all like to think we can do it. But if that was the case, we would have done it by now?. That’s where I step in, I make the process as seamless and frictionless as possible, see me as your 24-hour personal cheerleader, I am there in your pocked pushing your forward, keeping you on track. Just knowing someone is there for you makes the process so much easier, trust me I know as I have my own coach to take my own stresses and frictions away.
As your personal in your pocket coach, I am there to push you when you need it, be your friend when you need it and be your educator, ensuring you know exactly what you are doing every step of the way.
Communication with me is next level, there is no 1 hour PT ta-rah I see you next week, without even a text in-between.

Education
This is a really important and the most fundamental.. how many people do you know who have had huge success stories and have completely transformed their lives, to end up back at square one 6 months later? Yep I know them to…this could even be you?
Now the reason this happens is because that individual is not educated on the process. Anyone can follow a diet or do a meal plan and exercise excessively, but not everyone can make it a lifestyle. This is learning the why and the how, as part of my service I take the time to teach you everything you need to know, so in 6 months a year down the line you can say you know what you need to do without me. You should not have to be coached for the rest of your life (Unless you have specific performance-based goals) I mean, that is true success, the goal isn’t to be on a diet for the rest of your life, the goal is to spend a period of time in fat loss before moving into your lifestyle. Which is what you can sustain forever. So my education portal is build around that, teaching you how to get to your goals and how to sustain it.
